The Alamo ISSA Elections for Board Members will be held at the November Quarterly Members Meeting, November 18, 2025.
Schedule

Nomination period October 3, 2025 - October 23, 2025

The Election Committee will prepare the ballot for posting October 23,2025 to October 30, 2025.

Electronic ballots will be sent electronically in the first week of November.

Completed Ballots are due back (by electronic vote) no later than 11:30 AM Central Time on November 18, 2025. All voting will be done electronically. Voting will be closed promptly at 11:30 AM Central Time on November 18, 2025.

Results will be announced at the Quarterly Membership Meeting once the results are calculated at approximately 12:15 PM Central Time on November 18, 2025.

Alamo ISSA Bylaws governing election process
SECTION 1. The Board shall be elected by popular vote, each general member in good standing to be entitled to one vote.
SECTION 2. The Nominating Committee shall consist of the Immediate Past President who shall serve as the Nominating Committee Chairperson and one other member in good standing, selected by the Board at the October meeting of each year. Members in good standing may volunteer for this function.
SECTION 3. The Nominating Committee shall prepare and distribute election ballots and conduct Board Elections at the November Chapter meeting each year.
SECTION 4. The term of office shall consist of one year commencing at the conclusion of the December meeting.
